Service Description
Elevate your wellness and fitness routine with Yoga and Melody's traditional Vinyasa Yoga class. Vinyasa yoga is an active form designed for cardio health, thus improving respiratory fitness, joint health, and stress reduction while enhancing mood. The practice helps to lower blood sugar and cholesterol levels, bringing your body to a healthier weight. TERMS: All students must book online and full payment for the series is due upon booking to hold your spot. There will be no refunds. NOTE: 1. Classes will be 1 hour each. 2. Video conferencing is an option for those that would like to practice yoga from their home. If you choose to practice from home, Melody will send you a fresh new link for each class (do not use the link that Wix provides upon registration).
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. No exceptions. To reschedule, we request that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance of session.
